Error Code	Reason
CR-02	Blocked due to bad ASN
CR-03	Country blacklisted
CR-04	Request should be GET or POST
CR-05	Client certificate invalid
CR-06	URI path from Assets Loader not valid
CR-07	Request method from Jetpack should be only GET.
CR-08	URI path from Rhino not valid.
CR-09	URI path from nitrogen not valid
RL-02	Rate Limiting for repeated error response codes
RL-03	Rate Limiting for repeated 403 response codes
